Cancellations
You may cancel orders for modification accessories without any penalty if the cancellation request is submitted before the accessories have shipped and confirmed by our customer service team. However, if the cancellation request is received after the accessories have already shipped, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs should you choose to proceed with the cancellation.
Returns
Defects
You can return defective modification accessories within 30 days of receipt without any expense. Please contact us via email to obtain a return authorization number and start the return process. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no charge. You have the choice of receiving a replacement item or obtaining a refund for the defective product.

Non-Defective
You may return non-defective items within 30 days of receipt, but please note that you are responsible for covering all return shipping expenses. To initiate the return process, please email us to request a return authorization number. Ensure that the items are unused and in their original condition, including all labels, papers, and packaging materials intact.
